SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. There is no exchange or refund for International orders. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

A standard shipping cost of Rs.150 is applicable on all orders.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Hyderabad, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two/three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. To initiate an exchange, contact us within 72 hours via the returns form or email at care@indianpeacock.com with your order details.

Reverse pick-up is arranged within 7 days, and once the product passes our quality check, the exchange will be processed within 7 working days, subject to availability. A strict one-time exchange policy applies. Store credit (minus shipping charges) will be issued. No exchange or refund for international orders.

If a courier partner is unavailable for pick-up from your location, please self-ship the product to our warehouse. We reimburse the shipping charges as per actuals. 

REFUND

As our products are handcrafted, slight color variations are natural and not considered imperfections. We have a strict no-refund policy due to the time and effort involved in creating each piece. Refunds are only processed for fulfillment errors like incorrect or missing items.

Instead, we offer store credit valid for one year and single usage, after deducting ₹150 for shipping and reverse pick-up. Store credits cannot be combined with other discounts.

We kindly request customers to provide considerate feedback. Unreasonable criticism based on pricing, color preferences, or subjective opinions will not be entertained. We appreciate your understanding and support.
