To maintain the authenticity of the intrinsic nature of the fabric we recommend the garment to be dry-cleaned only.
We accept exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery. Kindly fill the exchange form on our website. In case you are not satisfied with the variant or size, you can opt for an exchange or a store credit option, and we do not have a Refund policy.

SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India.
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. There is no exchange or refund for International orders.
A standard shipping cost of Rs.100 is applicable on all orders.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Hyderabad, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two/three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
We accept exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery. The item should be in its original packaging in totality, unused, unwashed and undamaged. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted. To exchange a product, you could get in touch with us within 72 hours of receiving the package, through the returns form or email us at email@example.com with your order number, date of transaction and delivery address. Our team will look into the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours. We typically make a reverse pick-up within 7 days, and after the product passes our quality check, exchange will be processed in the next 7 working days, based on availability. There is a strict one time exchange policy. Store credit will be issued after deducting the shipping charges. No exchange or refund for International orders.
In case we aren't able to find a courier partner which pickup from your location, then we request you to self ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. We reimburse upto Rs.100 for courier charges in the form of coupon code for your next purchase. In such cases the product needs to reach our warehouse within a week, beyond that the exchange will be cancelled.
Since, our products are made on a loom, they are bound to have slight color variations but these are not to be considered as imperfections. We really hope you love your purchase but the nature of products are such that we cannot do a refund. Since we have a stringent no refund policy, we allow you to get a store credit that is valid for one year and for single usage. Store credits are initiated after deducting the shipping and reverse pick up charges of Rs.150/-
